I'm Jody McNamer. For 28 years and more than 500 transactions, I've helped people buy, sell and invest in Western Washington, through the best markets and the 2008 crash.
I'm based in Gig Harbor and work throughout the Puget Sound, with a focus on investor-grade properties, waterfront homes, and military families near the Kitsap and JBLM bases.
My promise is simple: I'll tell you the truth about your home or your deal, even when it costs me the sale. You get a written plan built on real local numbers, and I do the heavy lifting from first conversation to closing.
My team is McNamer Properties, with Real Broker LLC. Outside of real estate, my son Tyler and I run AutismWorks, helping families of people with autism.
